The Vacuum system id driven mechanically by the PTO off the main truck engine, it is activated by an electric switch controlled inside the cab, The main hydraulics is also driven by the PTO, which controls the operation of the tilting tank, full opening rear door. The operation starts from the work hose at the job through a 4 inch hose, debris is collected here and travels up into the debris tank, the spent air  then passes through a set of water bubbler filters to remove any fines particles before re-entering the air pumps then to a noise control muffler and finally a last water noise suppression filter then releasing to atmosphere. The system operates through good volume of four inch pipe work to create adequate volume. There are in place vacuum relief valves to provide system protection. There is a control panel on the lhs of the truck which all functions are operated from, the system is adjustable with speed for vacuum suction to the job requirements. All the debris tank emptying manoeuvres are controlled from this position. There is also fitted air pump cooling misting feature built in to ensure pump temperature is controlled during working conditions, this is also adjustable. Benefits. Strong suction power.
