Boss Trucks have been buying and selling used trucks in Brisbane for over three decades and are still located at the same Rocklea site they began trading from all those years ago.

They have their own mechanical, paint and fabrication workshops to refurbish used trucks and custom build bodies for their stock.

Boss Trucks were looking for a new truck franchise opportunity which would be the right fit for them and align with their business strong ethics and long-standing reputation of being reliable and trustworthy.

As a result they have now teamed up with BAICS groups Foton Trucks.

Foton Trucks is China’s No1 commercial vehicle manufacturer, they are long established and have built and delivered over 10 million vehicles worldwide. Their popularity and performance of their vehicles has seen them expand globally.

In 2019 Foton partnered with ZF Friedrichshafen Ag which has resulted in the transmission systems in every Foton are state of the art.

Another feature is that they are the only light trucks fitted with air brakes and the Wabco componentry that goes into them is excellent.

You can tell Foton has invested heavily in R&D in order to present an extremely spacious and comfortable cab. Added features like the stalk operated exhaust brake, smart steering wheel, aesthetically designed instrument panel and more than enough storage space for all your paperwork not to mention an outstanding stereo system.

Availability and range are the two other important factors these days. In a time where a new truck can be a two year wait Boss Trucks have stock available for immediate delivery.

Foton has two distinct Models – The Aumark and The Auman.

The Aumark, which comes in a 4.5T and 7.5T GVM Range. As well as a longer wheelbase and bigger differential 8.5T GVM variant.  The Aumark is fitted with the 3.8lt 154HP Cummins, putting out 500NM of Torque.

The Foton Auman is a 12T GVM fitted with a Cummins 4.5Lt Motor putting out 210Hp and 750NM.
