Honouring the remarkable efforts of frontline staff across its extensive dealer network, IAL recently awarded the 2024 Isuzu Care Award—marking a significant moment as the Isuzu Care program also celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

Recognising Excellence

Isuzu Customer Care Specialists are drawn from various areas of the business, including the National Customer Care Centre, National Fleet Support, and local dealership teams.

Taking out top honours at this year’s Isuzu Customer Care Specialists Conference in Torquay, Victoria, was Camilla Daintree from Webster Trucks in Tasmania, named the 2024 Isuzu Care Award recipient.

“The Customer Care Specialist role is both demanding and crucial to the success of our dealerships,” said IAL Care Manager, Kathryn Kreuzer.

“Camilla’s leadership has been instrumental in equipping Webster Trucks' frontline teams with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience—truly a difference felt by our customers."

A Career Built on Care

Ms Daintree has been part of the Webster Trucks team for eight years, stepping into the role of Customer Relations Manager in 2020.

In this position, and as an Isuzu Customer Care Specialist, she works alongside the dealership’s OEM-trained technicians and sales staff to uphold Isuzu’s Care standards and provide exemplary service at every interaction.

“It’s an incredible honour to receive the 2024 Isuzu Care Award, particularly in the same year we celebrate 20 years of the Isuzu Care program,” Ms Daintree said.

“I was completely surprised when my name was called—it’s such a wonderful feeling to be recognised in this way."

Milestones Worth Celebrating

Ms Daintree’s achievement comes at a significant time for Isuzu, as the company celebrates two major milestones: the introduction of its all-new truck model range and two decades of the Isuzu Care program.

“With our all-new truck line-up about to hit Australian roads, the role of Isuzu Care is more important than ever," Ms Kreuzer said.

"Our goal remains to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our customers, wherever they operate across the country.”

Since launching in 2006, Isuzu Care has been built on the belief that purchasing a truck is only the beginning of a long-term partnership. It has grown to include a wide range of services such as comprehensive warranties, 24/7 roadside support, and flexible service agreements.

Just two years after its inception, the first Isuzu Care Award was introduced, highlighting the essential role that outstanding service plays in the customer journey.
