Australia’s top-selling truck brand kicks off a bold new chapter as Isuzu Trucks’ all-new MY25 range officially rolls out across dealerships nationwide, starting July 1.

Deliveries have landed at over 70 Isuzu dealer locations, with N Series NQR, six-cylinder FV variants, and heavy-duty FX models leading the charge.

The launch marks a milestone in Isuzu Australia Limited’s (IAL) history—its biggest-ever rollout with nationwide training, marketing, and launch events.

“Putting together a full model changeover of this magnitude is unprecedented in our industry,” said Andrew Harbison, Director and COO of IAL.

“There’s somewhere in the vicinity of 120 model variants across the new range, and together with our dealer partners, we’re super excited to get this excellent new product in the hands of our customers.”

N Series NQR: Safety-First and Ready to Work

The NQR is the first cab off the rank in the updated N Series line-up. With GVMs from 8,000 to 8,800 kg, the 2025 NQR offers 140kW or 190hp via Isuzu’s proven 4HK1-TCH engine and comes with both six-speed AMT and manual options.

Now ADR 80/04 compliant, the model boasts Isuzu’s latest DPD + SCR emissions tech and a robust 15-function safety suite, thanks to the second-gen stereo camera and ADAS system.

New features include Miss Acceleration Mitigation, Intersection Warning, and Lane Departure Warning, positioning the NQR as one of Isuzu’s safest trucks to date.

F Series: Power, Performance, and Practicality

Medium-duty customers now have access to select FVR/D, FVL, and FVZ/Y models. These trucks feature two six-cylinder engines:

  • The DB6A-TCH (191kW / 260hp, 883Nm)
  • The DB6A-TCC (221kW / 300hp, 981Nm)

Each is paired with the latest Allison automatic transmissions and supported by up to 12 safety systems, including Advanced Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Lane Keep Assist with Dynamic Steering in FV models.

“We’ll continue to move through the production phases as 2025 progresses, with a full complement of models on grass across the country over the coming months,” Harbison added.

FX Series: Heavy-Duty Muscle with Modern Touches

Isuzu’s FX range offers eight high-powered models (GVM up to 26,000 kg), each powered by the 6UZ1-TCC engine delivering 259kW and 1,437Nm.

Now Euro VI compliant, the FX combines raw capability with premium cabin design—Bi-LED lighting, keyless entry, ergonomic layout, and the ISRI 6860/875 climate seat come standard.

With aerodynamic upgrades and smart tech throughout, the FX is ready for the toughest Australian conditions.
