Dispensing Equipment (Bulk Grease) 1 x Graco 425 50:1 air powered bulk grease pump with 205L drum kit. Cooper 20m x 19mm (3/4") spring pneumatic rewind hose reel with bulk grease connector FH12 coupling. Swivel on end of hose reel, burst sleaving to end of hose reel. Pressure gauges on pump outlet and end of hose reel. Remote control so pumps can be turned on or off remotely. Remote to relieve line pressure back to tank. Air Compressor Airman 75 Diesel powered Compressor. Rain cap and spark arrester to exhaust. Exhaust lagging where necessary. Donaldson air filtration. 75 CFM free air flow, 100 psi max working pressure with visual pressure gauge. Diesel and battery power off main truck supply. Main battery isolator and start isolator. Macnought spring rewind air hose reel with Nitto coupling. General Body Information Pump and Reel Cabinet Pumps and reels located in enclosed area on right side of unit. Left and right one piece lockable gull wing doors (keyed individually). Bunded with drain, ball valve and 2 camlock. Storage Filter, tools and parts storage cabinet on left hand side with shelves to suit site requirements. 2 draws for tools etc. area for sotimo boxes above draws. Compartments for hose coils. Hydrocarbons drain box mounted under body on right hand side with Wiggins coupling for drain (no shelf or spikes). Under body box on left side for block storage etc. Hand Wash 60 litre under body fresh water tank General Body Information Safety Railing Safety railing and stairways fitted for access tray area, with self closing gates (rear tray hand railing to be fold down). All walk ways and stairs in accordance with Australian standards (AS3868 or AS1657-1992) Tray All tanks and compartments sitting on bund incorporated in tray. Fold down stairway at rear on right hand side and folding safety railing on rear tray area to provide forklift access for pallet loading. Surface Protection Unit blasted to class 2.5, painted with two pack epoxy primer, and two pack polyurethane top coats. Tanks and tray white (to match truck cabin), railing and stairway safety yellow. ROPS Certified ROPS system fitted. Electrical One Hella Amber rotating beacon on ROPS and one on rear of body. Two LED work lights on top rear of unit switched on in reverse as well as with work light switch. Reverse alarm. Two LED work lights at the top, front and rear of each side of unit. Work lights to illuminate all cabinets. All LED work lights controlled by switch in truck cabin and in reel compartment. LED high and low level tail lights (low lights to have mesh protection cover). Emergency Equipment Two emergency stop buttons to shut down truck engine and compressor unit, one located behind truck cabin on right side, and one located in cab (to comply with AS2956.4-1988). Safety first aid kit supplied with decal. Eye wash kit, with holder and decal. Oil spill kit 120 litre. 2 x 9kg ABE fire extinguishers with over center brackets. 2 x 9kg foam fire extinguishers with over center brackets. 1 x 2A:30b (E) rated 1kg fire extinguisher mounted in cab.
